Thankful for 2018… The Year of Expansion

 
Phew… where did the year go? It went so fast here at Transform Work UK but I am sure it is the same for you.
 
We are so very thankful for all that the Lord had done so far in 2018. It has been a year of growth, expansion, supernatural provision and protection over us the Core Team as well as our numerous Ambassadors out there in the field fulfilling the vision and mission of Transform Work UK.
 
The work the Ambassadors do is crucial to the vision and mission of TWUK. They contact Christian Workplace Group (CWG) leaders, encouraging, supporting and praying for them that their CWGs’ presence in their organisations will bring benefits that make a significant difference as they seek to be ‘salt and light’ there. 
 
Every Ambassador is a volunteer with a heart for the workplace of our nation. Their aim is to help workplace Christians meet together in groups to support one another and to enrich and enlighten the workplace as they engage with management with the intention to serve the organisation in meaningful, relevant and practical ways.
 
In 2018, 4 new Ambassadors joined our army of 8 making a total of 12 Ambassadors. Our goal is to have at least 72 Ambassadors led by 12 Lead Ambassadors across the 12 regions of the UK. We are so thankful that we are on the way to achieving this godly goal.
 
We currently have Ambassadors in the Thames Valley Area, Reading, Maidenhead, Birmingham, Wales, Merseyside, Bedford, Gloucester and London. We are thankful for each one of them and for the hard work they put in to see the vision of TWUK fulfilled in every organisation in their region.
 
In the month of November alone, they helped start 10 new CWGs, they had 14 face to face contacts with CWG leaders, they contacted 83 CWGs in other ways and they helped 30 CWGs make progress to the next stage of development.
 
We encourage you to pray for them, even as you read this article right now. Pray that God will protect and bless them as they go about their work and make all their efforts succeed and that God would keep allowing them extra time and capacity in their weeks to contact CWG leaders. A scripture comes to mind to pray over them:
May he (God) grant your heart’s desires and make all your plans succeed. 
May we shout for joy when we hear of your victory and raise a victory banner in the name of our God. May the Lord answer all your prayers. Psalm 20:4-5.
For 2019, we are expecting more committed Ambassadors to join the team which means more CWGs are started, supported and strengthened to bring transformational benefit to their organisations which means transformation for the nation as a whole. Our nation needs transformation! We can make it happen, one Christian and one workplace at a time.
