Thank you to everyone who attended our Bristol Housing Festival #Expo2021! We were delighted to see hundreds of people attend our events this year, online, live on YouTube and in-person, and to hear from over 70 speakers including industry experts, champions of sustainable communities, local authorities and many others on a wide variety of topics. 

Every year we are struck by the passion and commitment of our fellow Bristolians (and beyond) to tackling the challenges we face as a sector, a city and a nation, and the innovation and creativity of new ideas and solutions. We are truly grateful to you for joining us and being part of the conversation on housing and communities in Bristol, and we'd also like to thank our headline sponsor SWPA for their support, as well as our event sponsor Urban Splash.

The Climate Smart Cities Challenge launches this week

Hope Rise to be featured at COP26

Hope Rise is one of 17 exemplary sustainable projects selected to feature in Build Better Now, a virtual reality (VR) online exhibition demonstrating the opportunities for tackling the Climate Emergency and limiting the environmental impact of the buildings and cities we inhabit. Read more.

Learn about our new Workforce For the Future project

YTKO, in partnership with the Bristol Housing Festival and MOBIE, have secured a new training project to help support local construction employers to access new housing developments in the city. Read more about it on our project page.

Goram Homes Design Competition is live

Goram Homes wants their Castle Park development to be exemplar of sustainability and biodiversity while also helping the city to meet its housing needs, and we're hosting a design competition for the site on their behalf!
