Lifemark (12A)

is to open at Bristol Showcase, Cabot Circus

on Friday 30th June, 7pm

and Sunday 2nd July, 5pm

The cinemas want to be confident that there will be a worthwhile audience before committing to screen it nationwide.  So they are trying it out in a few cinemas.  Bristol Showcase in Cabot Circus is one of these.

 

If it goes well in these test cinemas, it should be possible to get it put on all around the country.

 

Something similar happened last November when C.S. Lewis: The Most Reluctant Convert was tested in 12 UK cinemas.  The following week this rose to 60 cinemas including retaining it at all 12 trial cinemas.

 

So it is really important that Lifemark opens well in Bristol.  Please encourage your congregation to make every effort to attend.

Do consider planning a church group to meet up in the foyer 15 minutes before the film starts.

 

It would also be really helpful if the person who announces the Sunday morning church notices could attend the Friday showing.  Nothing beats personal recommendation.
