Fleet support: Fareshare South West

At FareShare South West, we're urgently seeking Driver's Assistants.  This rewarding role makes a direct impact – you’ll be dropping off top-quality food to homeless shelters, food banks, community kitchens, schools, and more in your local area.  Edwin, one of our regular volunteers, told us: “we see how much the people we deliver to appreciate what we do”. You don’t need any prior experience or qualifications, just a willingness to turn up and a desire to give back to your community.
 
This role is not only incredibly rewarding – it can also be a great way to get to know your local area! Abdi Ali, Drivers Assistant, told us: “I like to explore around Bristol, going to different sites, and dropping food off to charities.” Our vans go to Gloucestershire, Somerset, Wiltshire, and Bristol, so it’s a wonderful opportunity to discover new corners of the West of England.
 
Shifts are typically between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM from our warehouses on Little Ann Street (Central Bristol) or 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM from Vale Lane (South Bristol).
