Hello! Thank you for your support and for making a difference to us and our partners as we serve God together. I (Naomi) would just like to start with an apology. This is our February news but I realise it is the last day of February! I intended to send you your regular update last week, but we've been especially busy in the office, preparing our latest Impact Report and April's Connect magazine which should be with you in a month's time. Thank you for your patience - we appreciate it! Here's what's coming up:
  • Night to Shine - These first-time events in North Macedonia gave Christians the opportunity to show God's love to people with special needs.
  • The TEN Podcast is Back! - Lucy Reid returns with another series of inspiring podcasts.
  • Become an Intercessor - Calling all prayer warriors (or anybody who would like to pray more for TEN!)

Night to Shine
For the first time in North Macedonia, Night to Shine events were held, bringing Christians from different churches together to show God's love to people with special needs and to share the good news with them. If you have been following our Prayer Diary, we prayed together with our partners Dragan and Biljana Manev (pictured bottom left) who hosted the event in Resen. Another event was held in Skopje, North Macedonia's capital. Thank you for your intercession! Here are some pictures from the event in Resen:

Petre Petrov, who is President of Evangelical Church in Macedonia wrote:
We had a lot of people from Resen, but also people from Struga, Bitola and Ohrid. Besides the volunteers from the churches, we had 43 volunteers from the local middle school and Red Cross Resen.  Almost 90% that came from Resen were unbelievers, so this was a great opportunity for them to listen to the Word of God. Afterwards, we visited two organisations for people with disabilities in Resen and they were so happy and blessed. God opened a lot of doors afterwards and the influence of this event was great throughout our area. Pastor Dragan shared the Bible message about John 3:16 and God’s love. In the end, we gave out lots of New Testaments in Macedonian, Albanian and the Gospel of John in Turkish.
Following Night to Shine, churches involved have plans to follow up with people they met who are open to hear the Good News! Please pray for these good connections to become wonderful relationships, and for people to put their trust in Christ.

As a staff team, we meet together and pray every day during the week, using our Prayer Diary which we feature in our quarterly Connect Magazine. We know our work has to be rooted in God's will, so we seek Him and intercede for our partners, together with every supporter who prays with us.
If you pray for us regularly, thank you so much. TEN partner, Vasile Grigorita says that he and the Christians in Brinza, Moldova feel the effects of our prayers for them. If you would like to join our team of intercessors, contact our Supporters & Churches Officer, Melanie Griffiths.
