Celebrate the wonderful properties of water over the Easter holidays in Bristol Shopping Quarter. This vibrant celebration explores water’s power to sustain life, nourish nature, and inspire wellbeing.
Along with John Wesley’s New Chapel, we have dance classes, science workshops, craft activities and exhibitions all designed with sustainability, creativity, and the importance of water in mind.
On Saturdays spot a mermaid and a deep sea diver looking to find their way back to the sea!

The 30th March is a day to celebrate the people in our lives who make us feel cared for. Sparks retailers have been giving us their top tips for new mums and suggestions for gifts that show you care without harming the earth.
We’re hosting a family friendly Mother’s Day workshop to make two sensory bottles with rose petals to keep or give as a gift. This workshop is designed to be a calming, tactile experience suitable for all abilities.

We can’t believe it’s been two years since we were given the keys to this brilliant building. We’ll be having a birthday afternoon tea with guest appearances and presentations to celebrate all we’ve achieved so far and what we have planned for the future.

As part of Earth Day celebrations Sparks co-creator Global Goals Centre are inviting local young people to become an Earth Hero and create a project to raise awareness and take action on environmental issues that matter to them.
A fundraising campaign to support the project is launching on the 22nd April. Every donation received will be matched by The Big Give!

INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL FESTIVAL
|

Following the success of our 2024 International Cultural Festival we invite traders, artists, and performers from different communities in Bristol to participate in the 2025 Festival on the 14th June. Stalls are free and we offer a small fee for musicians, dancers and storytellers, as well as workshop leaders.
