Join us every Friday in the school holidays as we craft Journeys, Dreams & Connections! Sessions are free and drop-in any time between 12-4pm.

• 25 July - "Lift Off" Hot Air Balloon Making - balloons will be added to the Broadmead window of Sparks to help celebrate the Balloon Fiesta!
• 1 August - "Charting the Future" Wish Maps
• 8 August - "Beautiful Bristol" Lino Printing Balloons
• 15 August - "Crazy Carriages” Trains - to go on display in Sparks Travel Dept!
• 22 August - "Voyages of Hope" Treasure Ships
• 29 August - "Flags of Friendship" Bunting Making

Earth Day Heroes

Our Earth Day Heroes competition has launched and is inviting all children and young people to be a local sustainability hero! And there’s still time to enter - we welcome entries of all shapes and sizes by 31 July.


We had a wonderful launch event of learning and ideas sharing, using fashion, worms, water testing kits and lego! A range of projects, from recycling crisp packets in the dining hall to planting veg on an unused balcony, are now being developed.
