Happy 2026!
As we come into another New Year and look forward into 2026, we at Beloved want to celebrate all of the beautiful things that happened in 2025.
2025 in review
Some highlights from 2025 with Beloved:- We expanded our reach into Thai Parlours! We started the year visiting 4 parlours and ended 2025 with having the ability to go into 14 Thai Parlours! We have started to see relationships with the women grow and faith beginning to have a deeper impact.
- We had our first ever worship evening with the women which seems like it will be the first of many!
- We saw a woman exit the industry, heal relationships with her family and start a new job that she loves.
- We were able to run a special wellbeing massage and pamper session for the women we support! With a professional therapist offering soothing head, back, neck & shoulder massages, plus nails painted & face masks applied - it was a day filled with laughter, relaxation & connection.
- We had the privilege of training 19 new volunteers!
Gurney Manor
We were incredibly blessed to win a multiple night stay at a gorgeous manor in the country-side! We had the privilege of bringing 2 women who had never been on any retreat with us in the past and it was a beautifully unifying and transformative time for both of them! Just from a 2 night stay away with one of our team and a volunteer, we have seen such beautiful change in the women. A rise in self-confidence, the start to believe that they can do more than they thought they were capable of, relationships with family start to be restored, as well as attendance at other events we have had that they wouldn't have felt comfortable attending in the past.
There was a lot of laughter and it was great to be away from responsibilities and distractions.
Something that to us might just seem like a nice, restful time away; can be absolutely life-changing and revolutionary for these women. We are so grateful that we had the opportunity to pour love and time directly into the women that came along and it has been such a joy to continue to see growth and newness come from that time away.

Christmas Fundraising and handing out gifts!
We had an incredible outpouring of both physical and financial gifts given! We were able to put together and hand out 115 meaningful and love filled Christmas gifts to all of the women that we both casework and see in the parlours, as well as gifts for children that some of the women have. For some of these women, it may have been the only gift they received over the Christmas season.
We feel so blessed to have had the ability to hand out bags that we know were filled with really intentional and lovely pieces inside of each one.
We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who donated, no matter how big or small.
We also want to thank those who came to our pack & pray time! We had a lovely time putting all of the gifts together, writing out Christmas cards for each gift as well as praying for the women and over the bags that were going to be sent out.
Story
When giving a gift to a new woman that we are case working , she opened it up and saw one of the beautiful cross bracelets that we were able to get from Still Waters Jewellery. She immediately asked to put it on and said that she hadn't had a cross since she had been a child. It deeply encouraged her and opened up more conversations around faith!
Another woman in a Thai parlour thanked one of our caseworkers for "bringing them to Jesus". This is such a beautiful development as we have been able to continually bridge the language barrier and be consistent in our display of the love of Jesus to them throughout this past year.
Wellbeing & Practical Support
- We will be continuing to move towards building stronger relationships with and casework some of the Thai women
- We are continuing with our wellbeing workshops and hope to continue to come up with new and creative ways to connect with the women who attend
VOLUNTEERS
Thank you to all of our incredible volunteers who invested so much time, energy, and love into Beloved and the women last year! We absolutely would not be able to do what we do without you all. Whether you visit parlours, are in the car driving/praying, baking delicious treats or keeping us in prayer from home, you are all invaluable to us!

Looking forward into 2026
- We have a spiritual health weekend at the end of January with a few women and volunteers.
- Encounter camp in Summertime
- More worship events for the women who attend to continue to dive deeper into their personal relationships with God and faith.
Prayer
Thankful for:
- The incredible year that we had in 2025
- All of the new connections and relationships that we were able to make and continue to build with many different women
- Provision that God gave Beloved all throughout last year
