I’m genuinely excited about the season Transform Work is stepping into right now. We’re seeing real momentum in the growth of the charity, and it’s been such an encouragement to witness how God is moving through this work. One of the highlights recently has been welcoming Rebecca as our new Office Manager. She’s already making a fantastic impact, and it’s a real blessing to have her join the team at such a key time.
As we look ahead, we’re also trusting God for increased funding to support further development and expand what we’re able to do. It’s an exciting place to be but it does mean our small team is busier than ever. We would really value your prayers for strength, wisdom, and balance as we continue to grow.
What’s most encouraging is what this growth represents. More and more, we’re seeing that people are hungry to know God, especially in the workplace. In a world that often feels uncertain and unsettled, people are searching for truth and meaning, and many are finding it in Jesus Christ. Across many denominations, church attendance is rising; particularly among Gen Z. Bible sales are increasing, conversations about faith are becoming more open, and lives are being transformed in meaningful ways. This isn’t just a trend; it’s a sign of a deeper spiritual awakening taking place in our time.
Please pray that we can grow our network of Ambassadors and fund an Ambassador Coordinator to help meet this incredible opportunity. What a time to be alive!

Introducing the Search and Rescue Christian Fellowship
My Search & Rescue (SAR) colleague Ben and I (Alfie) have recently founded our fellowship.
We were inspired by teams like Firefighters for Christ, Christian Ambulance Association & Christian Police Association.
Currently, we are very new and looking to grow our social media presence as a way to share the gospel with the Search and Rescue sector that so desperately needs the love and presence of God. We've been working so far to spread the word of the fellowship and, in turn, unite Christians in SAR and bring more SAR Responders to Christ. Find out more about us here.

Meet our New Office Manager
Hi, I’m Reb, and I am so excited to be joining the team at Transform Work as the new Office Manager!
I actually first came to know about the incredible work of Transform Work through my husband, Ben, who leads the CWG at Lloyds.
My own background is a mix of education, administrative service, and family life. I was a Maths teacher and tutor, and I also serve locally in Bristol as an administrative church deacon. I love using my passion for organisation to help communities thrive behind the scenes
When I’m not keeping things running smoothly, I am a busy mum to my three wonderful children. At the core of absolutely everything I do is a deep desire to love people well and make the name of Jesus known. I can't wait to bring that heart to the Transform Work family!
